What to report

Please report factual errors, unsupported safety claims, broken or outdated sources, incorrect units or formulas, calculator defects, accessibility problems, and wording that could lead to unsafe interpretation.

What to include

• The URL and page title
• The exact statement, result, or interface element at issue
• Why you believe it is incorrect or misleading
• A current label, SDS, regulation, official source, or other supporting evidence when available

How we review a report

The editorial team checks the cited passage, the underlying sources, the scope of the claim, and any related pages or tools. A report may result in a correction, clarification, source replacement, calculation change, warning, temporary removal, or no change when the published material remains supported.

How changes are disclosed

Significant corrections may be noted on the affected page with the nature and date of the change. Updates that add clarity without changing the conclusion may be reflected through the modified date. Typographical and formatting fixes may be made without a separate notice.

Use the form on Contact Us and select Correction or source issue. Do not use the form for an active exposure emergency; follow the urgent-help guidance in our Safety Disclaimer.
